Rock Plant-it, trimmed trees in the trailer park I live in,in which is ********* Mobile Home Park. When they trimmed the trees a brancd hit my trailer and put a hole into the siding. I called Rock Plant-it and I talked to someone that answered the phone, in which was a man. He sent his workers back out the to look at where the branch hit the side of my trailer, in which I was gone when they were there to trim the tree, I heard it hit my trailer. But when the crew came back out they said that the branch didn't put a hole in my siding. I did get very upset and I did start yelling. When I called back the man that answered said that they had talked to ********* mobile home park office and things was going to get figured out. I went to the office and the office manager said he didn't talk to Rock plant-it about what had happened. So I called Rock Plant-it and talked to the same young man that I had talked to before. He said to send him pictures, in which I did send pictures. He said that he knew a of man that did work on trailers including siding and that he would have to send the picture to him to see if he had a color match my siding and that was a few months ago. I have not heard anything from Rock Plany-It since. I'm very unhappy that they don't own up to the mistake that they had done. I would like them to pay that piece of my siding to get replaced. I would not recommend Rock Plant-It to trim trees.Business response

Thank you for addressing this complaint from our customer regarding a tree branch allegedly damaging her trailer. We take every complaint we receive serious and accommodate our customers to the fullest extent possible.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused the resident of ********* Mobile Home Park, we have been servicing ********* Mobile Home Park for the last few years with our tree and landscape supply services and have had a great working relationship. ************************* spoke to **** at ********* Mobile Home Park two days after the complaint from the customer came in,******* stated that we would work with the customer to take care of her. According to ************************ said he is familiar with this home owner but had not yet heard of this complaint. Upon arriving to the jobsite the homeowner stated to ******* not to trim the tree nearest the trailer but to only trim the other trees near the trailer, ******* stated the park gave him the list of trees that would need to be trimmed he confirmed the trees with the park and relayed to the homeowner that the park needs theses branches trimmed and not left hanging over the home, then our team proceeded with trimming all of the trees.
When the call came in from the customer, irate and spewing profanities,she stated that she had kids throwing rocks at her place roughly a year ago and she had damage then, this damage was still visible on the back of her home, she stated she also just had her place power washed. We were on top of her complaint and sent our crew right back over to the complainants trailer to ***** any damage, the hole she had our company look at was not near the tree trimming and pile of branches that were on the ground, the hole did not appear to come from our crew. She did not like this assessment but we discussed with her that we know someone that repairs siding to trailers and we will have them take care of her regardless.Due to our good standing with the park and to appease the homeowner, ******* called *********************** that runs ******************** Trailer Park and does all their trailer repairs to repair the piece of siding. **** said it would not be a problem and that he may have the siding needed we just need to get a color match. According to ******* and his conversation with **** he sent one of his employees ***** over to match the color of the siding due to the picture not showing a good color match example and them wanting to get it right, and he was told to get off the property, this was approximately two weeks ago. They are very busy with their own repair workload but were trying to accommodate our needs.
We had not heard anything from the homeowner since we spoke and said that someone would be coming out to replace the piece of siding. We are still willing to accommodate this homeowner with **** and or a member of his team going over to get a color match and them replacing the piece that had the small hole. Please let us know if there is anything else needed from us and we would be happy to help in any way. We are in this park often and will continue to be so we would like to keep our good standing with them.Customer response
