I ordered a set of 10 head bolts from them. After four days I received an email stating that the quantity of ten head bolts I ordered had been shipped. I tracked the package to know when it would arrive. The day before it was on time everything was looking good, so I had cleared my schedule for the next day, I canceled all my plans and rescheduled things I needed to get done. That was because I thought I was receiving my ten head bolts, therefore I would be putting my engine back together and hopefully getting put back in. To my surprise upon receiving my package, there were only six head bolts. I was confused because in the email they sent me saying that my order had shipped clearly said quantity of ten. I called and asked whats going on with my order where is my other four head bolts? They told me that one warehouse didnt have all the head bolts, so they had to get head bolts sent from two different warehouses. As I was trying to explain that this was very upsetting and its kind of messed up to do to a customer. The lady wanted to raise her voice and start talking over me. After I asked her not to do that and she was actually willing to listen. I explained to her that its messed up. You guys didnt inform me that you were only sending me six, you had me thinking I was getting all ten head bolts so I cleared my schedule. Im thinking Im gonna get this done to only receive six. Then she said well I bet it says in the email we sent that we sent you six. I told her no it says quantity of ten and Ill gladly forward it to you if youd like me too. Too which she did not. Not only that, but she also couldnt even give me an ETA on the other four head bolts. It was just wild that she had had the nerve to raise her voice and get an attitude at me all because I was upset that they told me all ten were shipped when they werent! Not to mention theyre shipping and handling is $20. SMH!Review from Howard B

Their website is very misleading. When you click on oil and care, the only type of oil under 4 Cycle is apparently for Snowmobiles. Although we didn't know this until after the fact. I clicked on the add to cart since it was Artic Cat 4 cycle Synthetic like we needed. Unfortunately, we didn't realize it wasn't the right product until after adding it to the 4 Wheeler. Now we are out $60. I could understand if they only sold parts for snowmobiles but they supposedly sell 4 wheeler parts as well. When I tried to chat with Stephanie online and explain their website is misleading I was given the "correct" part number to spend more money with them. When I told her that part number was not on their website, under the 4 cycle or even the regular Oil and Care tab to the side, I was informed I had to order it on the phone. Hence, proving the point that their website is misleading. I was offered a measly 10% off coupon $5.79 to repurchase the oil. No Thanks! Our Arctic Cat website is very clear on what units the different oils are used for. When you click 4 cycle oils, it shows you pictures of the oils. All of the oils have images of Snowmobiles on them. When you click on the item to view the details and add it to your cart, there is a section of that page that literally tells you what models the oil is intended for. The site is not misleading. While I understand that the issue may have been costly for the customer, we cannot take financial responsibility for customer error. Though it was not our fault, we still assisted with getting her the correct part number (something we also could have done PRIOR to her ordering had she contacted us) and provided her with a promo code to help offset some of the cost of having to repurchase oil. It was a costly mistake, but the mistake was not ours. We are still willing to assist her with getting the correct oil.Review from Jaime C

For more than a month I have been placing an order online, a certain Tony answered me, he informed me that by distance I live in Puerto Rico the shipping was more than 30 dollars, I sent them since 09/29/23 and I never received an order number. I only tracked the sales order, I asked for a refund and they explained to me that it would take 10 days maximum and until 02/11/23 they have forgotten and have not returned my money 167.03, I told them I wanted my money back, I was not interested the cardan parts. I warned him and gave him time and still nothing. I will also report to the Visa Credit Company why it is an illegal appropriation of money or merchandise. THEY ARE NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, UNFORTUNATELY, THE UNITED STATES IS BASED ON BUSINESS AND FAILING IN THESE IS NOT PATRIOT, I AM A CITIZEN AND CUSTOMER AND AS SUCH WE DESERVE RESPECT. If you continue without sending me the money, which should not have exceeded 5 since it is digital, I will continue to complain and leave bad references.Babbitt's Sports Center, LLC Response

The customer has been refunded in full as of 11/02/2023. Orders are refunded in the order the request is received. He has been refunded the full total of his order and was contacted to let him know that his refund is processed.Review from Steve S

If I could give no stars I would, I placed an online order for some lost hardware, they overpriced the heck out of it ! $47 for something I could have retrieved from the local hardware store and then , not 15 minutes after placing the order , I found the lost hardware. So I cancelled the order online, even called and was ensured by the customer service agent that my order would be cancelled. Then 4 days later I get an email notification saying it was shipped, so I immediately emailed back with concern, they completely disregarded my cancellation and made up some lies claiming that it takes up to two days to stop the order from being shipped , I pulled the postal records and tracking and confirmed that the deadline was met with ample time. They sent me an RMA form telling me that I would be subject to a 25% restocking fee and responsible for return shipping. This place is the worst no respect for customers and they figured out how to take my money when they shouldve just done the right thing and canceled my order. I expect them to cover shipping and waive any restocking fee because I made the online cancellation in time as indicated on the website. They even had a supervisor named ******* try and lie about the tracking information I sent to argue the fact that my order had not shipped. So the **** is really lying and these crooks are honest. Really? Come on , I was born at night but it wasnt last night. Dont ever use this place again theyre overpriced and dishonest!Review from Shane E
