This store Employee at #****************************. in ******** **. Was very rude to me when shopping I was followed around and gawked at until I stood in line to pay for my purchases and cashier with no name tag on (Which is required to wear) asked me to come back inside as I was half way across the parking lot while leaving she said there was an issue with the purchase and asked me to come back inside so we could resolve the issue. I walked back to the counter to see what the problem was because it showed online pin verified across the screen of the register as I was paying with my debit card the second time. My card was swiped again twice the second time. Cashier aggressively snatched my bags from across her counter while I was paying for my purchases the second time. I was being yelled and shouted at and I stepped away from the counter to call 911 to help with the irate attack. The Cashier was shouting at all the customers that I am a thief and need to leave the store and that she's tired of me coming in. (I purchase items at least two or three times a week at this store). I was so appalled by how she had mistreated me I was shaking by how this woman had made me feel as a paying customer I did not deserve to be mistreated or falsely accused of stealing from my favorite convenient store. I felt like I was not only verbally attacked but harassed and felt like she was picking on me because of my color. I feel that as a cashier working in customer service that she should have at least been able to speak in a manner that wasn't terrifying. the next day I asked the manager if she would watch the video of the incident and she asked me to leave until she can straighten it out and not to come back into the store until she does. I set my basket down n left in tears I was so hurt that I was accused of stealing I went home and cried. headquarters, please watch the videos of me not stealing. The Manager isn't. Please resolve this issue before another innocent person gets attacked.
