Called the day before to see if they could install a hood decal on my Jeep JKU, before the installation of a snorkel, I was told yes it wouldnt be a problem. I go in for my appointment and reconfirm that I wanted the decal installed so that before they start cutting my hood the decal would be in place for it to be cut as well, again they said yes no problem. I waited there for an hour and a half to two hours before the guy at the front offered me their loaner vehicle, before I left he already had the hood cut and the air box out getting ready to install the snorkel into the air box. When I came to pick up my vehicle and was paying they casually mentioned the guy couldnt install the decal, well thats something you should have mentioned to me before he started cutting my hood (I would have said give me 20 mins to go find rubbing alcohol and try installing it myself). I think the real reason he couldnt install the decal was that no one told him about it, I made it a point to put the 3x28 inch decal on my center armrest so it wouldnt be overlooked. Then to lie to my face and think Im apparently that stupid I wouldnt figure it out and just shrug it off makes me a little ****** off, now I have to try and find someone who can try and cut out the decal to the proper shape (which will be very hard to do now that there is a bunch of stuff in the way where you can no longer lay the decal out to get proper measurements) and hope it doesnt turn out looking like $hit. At the time I mentioned the decal at the front desk I also mentioned that I wanted 3 out of 4 holes in the air box sealed with silicone, just checked and none of those holes are sealed with silicone, so essentially I paid 360 dollars to have a hole cut in my hood. Its the ONLY part of the install I wasnt comfortable with, now I literally have to go rip out everything including the snorkel to fix it. So sad that two people behind a desk didnt give two $hits about my instructions, then lie to my face.
