            We just had a terrible experience at this business. Boat serviicing and repairs were not done as agreed and paid. They left us stranded on the lake.Terrible service and customer ********************** follow up. We will never use them again.

            Unfortunately when a boat sits for a long period of time we can do everything we think needs to be done to get it water ready and still have stuff go wrong. That is the nature of anything sitting for a long time. We were not able to provide towing service as that is not the business we are in and don't have insurance for that. We did not call a towing company because I have no way to knowing where you were on the lake. You were the best person to talk to them directly and describe where you were. When the boat was brought back, we repaired it not charge.

            Then you shouldn't have taken the job. Had you inquired about our location on the lake, we would have told you. However, you were just emphatically saying"No" and offered no assistance although we were stranded on the lake. Also, when we returned the boat, we were told that the filter on the carburetor was clogged. This should have been checked during the maintenance and service initial work. It was agreed that the filter would be cleaned or replaced when we returned the boat but it was not done. So once again the boat is still not running.You do terrible boat servicing and customer ********************** follow up. Your efforts to blame the customer make no sense.
