This location has a serious issue with the people working there I called at 7pm to place order for and no answer. I pulled up to order my food at 730pm was ordering 2 of the 16 piece meals I was told they didnt have enough product so I said okay how about 1 16 piece meal and then waited 10 minutes and was told couldnt do that either because they were completely out of product..a chicken restaurant thats out of chicken so then I decided to park and go in to clarify this with management and when I get inside music was blaring so loud its no wonder they didnt hear the phone earlierthe manager was very rude zipped her coat to cover her name tag as she was walking towards me then she proceeded to tell me they couldnt complete my order because the fryers went down even though they were making chicken strip basket for customer ahead of me? So Im thinking to myself hummm are they out of chicken or are the fryers down??? So I politely said maybe you should post a sign on window to let customers know you ***** was down then as I am leaving the manager said dont come back??? Dont worry I wont be back!!!! This was not the first time Ive had similar issues with this store my last visit over a year ago, so I thought I would try it again to see if it was better now and definitely isnt. They didnt want to make my order because it was large and didnt want to take the time to make it. Well they cost the company over a 100$ order obviously they are going to continue to lose money if they dont address the issue with the employees here. Its sad this is the only one left in ************ I use to go to the one at the other end of ******** towards ******** for years and never had any issues. Called their corporate office again hopefully someone does something.
