            Used dog boarding services on 12/27 Dog required medical care and risk of amputation as a result of facility negligence involving her tail being shut in a door. At owners admission no one witnessed or or was supervising when it occurred. The are covering costs of medical treatment

            My daughter boarded her dog for 5 days here 2 weeks ago and he was bitten by another dog the first day. The complaint is that they never contacted her and he needed immediate medical attention. An employee contacted her the day she was to pick him up when they repeatedly told this employee they had not contacted her because it was only a scratch. She immediately took him to his vet where they put him on multiple antibiotics and said he should have had stitches. He continues to be traumatized, as the employee informed her he was put back in his crate and his ear continued to bleed for the next 4 days. He also refused to eat after this incident and employee had to hand feed him. Employee no longer works there as she was told not to contact my daughter.
