            On or about July, 2021, I was looking to get a mortgage for my residence in Chesterfield. On a referral, I contacted Calibur Home Loans. I was assigned an agent, ***************************. Based on specific requirements for the mortgage, a ********* was neccessary. My father offered to co-sign for the loan. After numerous phone conversations with *********** father, and after multiple personal visits, the agent became rude, non-responsive, and verbally disrespectful. I chose not to pursue any business with her or Caliber Home Loans because of her mistreatment of my elderly parents.Months later, after a dispute about a private matter involving community sports, I was informed that the agent that worked on my case, *************************** disclosed my personal financial information/situation to others in the community in a slanderous attempt to discredit my ******* **** financial standing. Any financial information that I shared with ************* Home Loans was protected in writing by the contracts that I signed. The agent willfully violated this trust agreement with the sole intention of compromising my reputation in the community.

            I lost my job and I contacted the company to see if there was a way for me to work things out with them since Im no longer getting paid what I was when I first purchased the house. It started with doing a forbearance and then it went to a loss of mitigation. During this time I was told that nothing will be reported to the credit bureau. In February things were resolved and I started making payments. But when I sent my first payment it went into a reserve and was not applied to my account. I received a letter in the mail saying my payment was late and contacted them and I found out about the reserve. I was told that their computers have been messed up since November and theyll try to correct it. Now here in March I just found out that they reported to me to the credit bureau for a late payment for March which it says Im 30 days late for.
