I lost my job and I contacted the company to see if there was a way for me to work things out with them since Im no longer getting paid what I was when I first purchased the house. It started with doing a forbearance and then it went to a loss of mitigation. During this time I was told that nothing will be reported to the credit bureau. In February things were resolved and I started making payments. But when I sent my first payment it went into a reserve and was not applied to my account. I received a letter in the mail saying my payment was late and contacted them and I found out about the reserve. I was told that their computers have been messed up since November and theyll try to correct it. Now here in March I just found out that they reported to me to the credit bureau for a late payment for March which it says Im 30 days late for.Review from Trish M

I was self-employed when I applied for a loan. In May I contracted Covid from an employer that I was working with as an independent contractor. The day before I was to close on the home that I applied for I was denied for the loan even though I was still working making more money than before and still self employed. It ruined me. I had to find somewhere else to live because I told my landlord that I was buying a house. I would suggest no one applies with this company. They are wonderful to you until they find out you are not making them money. Also it is August and they still have not sent me anything about a denial.
