Northville Sports Den has adopted a new policy of charging customers who pay w/ credit card MORE than customers who pay w/ other forms of payment (not sure if cash is the only way to avoid paying more). The problem is: NO WHERE in their restaurant is this policy posted... Not at the entrance, not in the restaurant itself, and definitely not on the menus! So when you are ordering, the price you think an item will cost is NOT the price that is on the final bill! And you don't see this increase until you receive the bill, the staff will not remove the additional fees and there is no manager or owner on duty. I can understand that restaurants have struggled through the pandemic. However, hidden fees and extra charges for the customers that make it possible for you to stay in business is not very smart. I won't be patroning this establishment again until that policy is changed... maybe not ever again. This is ridiculous.
