      The staff at West Michigan Power/Cleaning Equipment we're very helpful and went out of the way to help me find what I was looking for.. I would highly recommend doing business with this business.

      Very poor service. Do not use this company. As you can see below, the owner will deny any wrongdoing by him or his company. Took a week to get service on my new powerwasher. I was called stupid, and that the problems with the powerwasher were with the operator. I have owned 4 different brand powerwashers, same size or larger, over the last 30 years. They operated (or I operated them) correctly (apparently). Because of a change in ownership of the previous company, and the fact that they were located further away from us. Upon a reccomendation from a business associate, we decided to make a change and go with what we thought was a reputable company that could give us the service and machine we needed. Unfortunatly we were wrong. There is not room here for all the issues we have had with this purchase. It is too bad for us because we made an $8K mistake. But also too bad that the management is so rude and lacking of common sense. Bad deal all around.

      We have tried and tried to make Mr.  happy, but to no avail. His issues are all self-made as he or his staff continue to run the machine out of water, which pressure washers do not like. We have NEVER had issues with any of the 100+ units that we have sold that are the exact same model as his and he continues to blame the machine. The only reason that we were "rude" is because he called us "losers". He definitely has anger issues as we have tried to reason with him and work with him, but he always flies off the handle making any type of communication fruitless. I stand behind the quality of our products and our great customer service reputation 100%.

      My employees really like the sweeper we got. They said that it' really easy to use and clean.***** was very helpful and quick in getting us what we were looking for that wasn't complicated to use and did what we needed done.

      Jerry and his team were very professional and responsive to my needs while searching and buy a commercial power washer. From the beginning to the end of the sale was perfect. I definitely recommend them!

      This place used to be okay. My latest experience has been extremely poor, both in repair quality and customer service. They did not fix my lawn mower completely. The owner did not let me know what was going on with repairing my mower. I had to call on several occasions to find out what was happening over the course of around two months. They said once that the lawn mowers were ready and I could come and get them. When I arrived, they had not even started on them. So, the owner offered to deliver them back to me free of charge when they were finished. I had to call a couple weeks later to find out they were finished. The owner delivered them. When I started the one mower, it was smoking badly. They picked it back up and had it for several weeks. I had to call again to find out what was going on and was told they needed parts but was having problems getting part numbers. He never called back so I called on 6/24/2022 and was advised that it was cost prohibitive to fix (after I put $150-$200 into "fixing" it in the first place). He never gave me a price quote to replace the head and piston (which is what he stated in his response to my face book review). The owner never gave me an opportunity to determine if I was willing to pay for these additional repairs, even though I had already put in a couple hundred dollars toward the repair. With the prior investment, I might have been inclined to do so. Instead he told me that it was not cost effective. The owner got very defensive when I gave his company a poor rating on his company's face book page, arguing about the sequence of events and what transpired. Essentially, he lied (or stated half-truths), and when I challenged him on it and called him a liar, he put in writing that I am "an embarrassment to humanity." He also said I was "delusional." Very insulting and unprofessional. The BBB would be better off not having this company and this owner in the organization. People should avoid this business.

      That is nowhere near accurate as to what actually happened. We DID fix his mower, both of them that were brought in to us. The customer brought in a Toro push mower and a very old **** Deere push mower for repair. The **** Deere did not run. He stated that he wanted a tune-up on the Toro and if we could get the **** Deere running, he wanted us to fix an issue that he was having with a wheel and to replace a faulty cable. We got it running, so we fixed the wheel issue and replaced the cable. He specifically stated that he "did not want to put a lot of money into the **** Deere". The **** Deere's cylinder and piston were worn to the point where it runs great, but it smokes a bit. We tried to find a new cylinder head and piston for it but because of it's age, they are no longer available. The only way to fix this is replacing the engine. A new engine is as expensive as you can get, and the customer SPECIFICALLY STATED that he did not want to put a lot of money into this machine, thus it is in fact "cost prohibitive." The $150-$200 was to fix BOTH of his mowers and they both run and cut great. We even replaced the head gasket (at no charge to him) to try to get the smoking to lessen, which it did to some degree. We did all we could to make this person happy, believe me.
