A service I planned on getting initially, I decided against. Not a necessity right now with inflation. I was told it would take a month for the refund to even begin. I don't understand why they just couldn't put it back on the card charged. I asked the day of the refund for them to do so. They said this is the process, blah blah blah. So a whole month to even start to give a refund from when I initiated it. I waited longer than that and checked the mail daily. Finally I reached out and asked why I have yet to receive payment and they claimed "We have confirmation that it was mailed and received. Our financing team has been trying to get ahold of you. Have you had a chance to call them back? -SplenDent Implant Center" (direct text message response) I let them know I didn't receive it and I stated they could see I never cashed it. They stated yes we see that. I asked them who in the world I'd just NOT going to casha check. Lady on the phone and I'm paraphrasing told me it wasn't their business to wonder why soneone would not cash it. Here I am going to a new year with no resolution to the situation and it's a lot of money I out down for a service I NEVER received. Now every time I call or text I get No RESPONSE.

  Original refund check was mailed out on 8/24/2023, patient claims to not have received this check and check shows not cashed in our system. We went through the process of cancelling this check and reissuing a new refund check, which was received and cashed by the patient on 12/28/2023. The issue has already been resolved at this point in time.
