      We wish we could give them a zero as they are the absolute WORST property management company. They have NO CLUE how to run a community and go through staff faster than we ever thought possible. Every few weeks/months we find out there is a new person managing our condo complex. No one answers the phones, there is someone on site MAYBE a few hours twice a week, if that and they can't give any answers when you finally do talk to someone. EVERYONES accounts are wrong and being mismanaged. We are afraid to pay out dues as it never hits out account correctly. They have the worst reputation and you should stay FAR, FAR away. If you are currently using them, please hire someone to do a deep dive in to your books. There is absolutely no communication and no work being done. When you do get some type of response, they are rude and say they are working on something but months later, nothing has been done. Please save yourself the trouble and do not hire them. It's been the worst experience we've ever had and can't wait to get rid of them. I cannot stress enough - stay away!!

      I wish there was a rating of zero starts because that is what I would have rated them. This company is a scam. I am an owner of a Condo that I recently sold. On the day of closing, I learned from the title company that this management company charges $760 for a status letter. This was jaw dropping. Generating this letter takes no more than minutes. I have dealt with many other management companies and these letters are done for free and for those who charge, the fee is no more than $200. This company is a rip-off. I would not reccommend for any condo association to use them. I complained about it and gave them a chance to resolve the matter but they have not responded.

      I would not recommend anyone use this company for property management of any kind. if you are a current customer I would recommend an immediate audit of all work orders, invoice and balance reserves.

      This company started managing our condominium association last year, not happy with their service, lack of communication, total lack of response to emails, phone calls and issues. The level of unprofessionalism is unprecedented.

      Try getting a hold of anyone or a return call is a bad risk. ***** who?? Does not attend a once a year annual meeting!!
