      Me and my family moved into one of there apartments on July 18. When we went to look at the apartment the apartment was nice had some damages to the floor and closet doors. Nothing too big also didnt have blinds. We move in everything is fine I was told I could install blinds myself. Mind you the house was being managed by a different company. Jmz took over I believe in January. Still didnt think nothing of it. In April they sent us an email saying we would have to renew our lease or leave in July. Last company said after July we can go month-to-month. But it wasnt a big deal to us because were looking for a new house to buy anyways. We moved out of the house on July 18. I had to drive all the way to Novi, which is ******************************************************************************************************** 30 days pass. No contact from them start calling no ones answers. Finally got a hold of someone on September 1 said they would get back to me never did call again on the fifth. Someone said the exact same thing they will get back to me called again. Today is September 7. Finally talk to someone who talk to the owner said they will call me back. They call me back, informing me that the owner is keeping my deposit For damages to blinds that they never had installed in the first place. I was the one that bought them and put them in myself. I had to find this out by calling them they didnt send me any information or emails to inform me of this. Plus they charged me for the damages that were already there. I worked in property management this is a horrible company. All they said was oh I have no information on this but youre the management company you should know whats going on. Now I ************ your check in the mail and say s**** everybody else. I have pictures of when I moved in an apartment with no blinds and damages that were there.
