Purchased **** Fusion on 1/10/24. 6 days later it overheated. They then repaired it under warranty saying it had a bad head gasket. On 2/26/24 it over heated again. We brought it back and they said there was a loose clamp on a coolant line and charged us $111.68. Car was driven for 3 days, we were on vacation the week of 3/4/24, and th1e coolant reservoir is empty again indicating that a leak still exists. I am concerned about permanent damaged caused by all of the overheating and the possibility of a more severe problem such as a cracked block that they are not fixing.

How long do they have to respond. The issue seems to be getting worse and I do not want damage the engine further

Stopped to talk to the person listed as the contact ,*********************, on3/25 and was told he is no longer employed. I spoke to the service manager and he said that they would take another  look at us and would call when they had a loaner car available.  Did not receive a call so I stopped on 3/30 to tell them that I didn't need a loaner but needed to get it in ASAP as the leak is getting worse. Still have not received a call as of 4/2

      To whom it may concern,

I spoke with ******* and her father **** on 4/09/2024 in regards to the ******************************************* January of 2024. The vehicle was brought back shortly after the purchase due to an overheating concern, we replaced the head gaskets with zero cost to the customer. The vehicle returned ***** miles later with an overheat concern again, but this time there was a hose clamp not attached at the transmission cooler (was attached previously and was not touched during the head gasket repairs). The vehicle returned again on 4/4, with another ***** miles with an overheat concern again, the tech has determined that cylinder wall has cracked due to overheating and it will need an engine. I explained that this situation was not ideal but I do have concerns that it was possibly driven while the engine overheating and caused further damage. The engine job was quoted at $4,000 but I offered to cover $3,000 out of good faith since there is no way to know exactly what happened, **** and ******* were both satisfied with this offer. A few days later we received this complaint that was filed with the better business bureau so I contacted **** to see if he was still unhappy, **** stated he would take the complaint down that he submitted to the better business bureau. Please let me know if any further action is needed

I purchased a car on October 08,2022 and this car has been a problem since two days after purchasing it. I had to bring it back to them four days after purchasing it because their was issues with the transmission;that are still ongoing, to this day. After purchasing this vehicle;2015 ******* Navigator, I did a car history check through Bumper and I found out that the car had a "Salvage Title." I was never made aware of this,at all.In fact, when I had to take the car back to them because there were major issues going on;four days after purchasing it,I spoke to ***************************** about this issue with the title and he acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I had to pull out my phone to show him the emails that I had between me and the insurance company that handled this issue with the "Salvage Title." Also,my vehicle came with a 30 days/ or 3,000mi warranty through Priced Right Auto. When they supposedly did the repair, they stated that it was done, due to how short of a time that I had the vehicle and not because they were honoring their warranty. I asked him for the Carfax report on the vehicle and he stated that that isn't really that important. When I made a comment about leaving the car there because it is a lemon,he stated in a 'smart' way that it didn't matter to him because he has already been paid by the company that gave me the loan for the vehicle. Before purchasing this vehicle on October 08,2022, I asked ***************************** if the car was thoroughly checked and he stated that Credit Acceptance; who gave me the loan wouldn't allow him to sell a car that wasn't any good. He stated that they have a check list that Credit Acceptance has them to follow before they will give out a loan for one of their cars. When I asked Credit Acceptance about this, they told me that there isn't any check list and they don't know anything about the cars that they issue loans for. This car has been in the shop every week since I purchased it.
