It would not turn on. The phone was defective.I have now attempted 5 times to request a refund thru *******'s website.It states the following: Send message to: Sold & shipped by NitroGen *** Reason for contact: Initiate a return They do NOT give the Seller's email address.Once I send it the message, I receive this email from *******:******* Customer Service <**************************>We've contacted NitroGen *** on your behalf for the order below. I never receive a response from Nitro-N7. I never receive a follow-up from *******. I have no way to contact Nitro-N7 directly.They owe me a full refund for a defective phone. They seem to be avoiding my Return Requests.
