On April 14, 2021 I contracted with KA Concrete Solutions to perform some concrete work that I needed for my driveway, front steps and concrete pad for a price of $8,264 which included a 2 year warranty.I made a deposit of $2,700 on April 19, 2021 to start the process and to schedule for the works completion.The work was started on July 16, 2021 at which time I made another payment of $2,700 and completed on July 20, 2021 at which time I made my final payment to them as per our agreement.When the winter snow melted from the cement pad that KA Concrete Solutions poured, I noticed scaling and pitting in the concrete as well as cracking of the cement at the end of my driveway.On March 21, 2022 I contacted ********************* from Concrete Solutions and explained my situations and sent her pictures of the damaged concrete.***** then responded back and stated that she would stop by to take a look at it.After not hearing back from her, I contacted her again to see what could be done to correct the situation.***** then responded back and said that she contacted a representative from High Grade ********* LARA ************** number: *********, the company from which the cement came from, and said that the damage was possibly caused from dripping salt from a vehicle. When I responded back to her that there was never any vehicles parked on the cement pad, nor did I use any salt on the driveway, that this was an unlikely cause of the damage.***** then responded back to say We do not warranty the finish caused over the winter, it is not part of our workmanship.She went on to state that I could purchase a sealer, but it would be at my expense, and that if I wanted to contact High Grade Material I should do so.After contacting ******************* from High Grade ********* ************ on April 11, 2022s, he said that he would come out to take a look at it. After numerous calls, he has not called me back.I feel that I should have this work either corrected or given a refund.
