Otsego Car Zone,, I will NEVER buy a car from here again EVER!! I am on my 4th car from them and everytime the same thing goes wrong. Was told multiple times they would fix it under the warranty only to be told AFTER they "fixed" it I had to pay them. I've had 4 vans from them that after having it less than 6 months something in the engine area would go wrong. Not drivable and put me in another van just for it to do same thing 6 months down the line I'm over it I'm not paying a company that flat out sells lemons under a "rigorous inspection" lie. This company needs to be shut down.....I went to a different car dealership a couple months ago and got a NEW car and the car I WANTED making the same payments I am on this van that came from car zone. Stay away far away from this company. And I'm coping this to ALL review places to warn people about it. I know I'm not the only one

To Whom It May Concern,
We at Car Zone Inc. would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customer Mrs. ****. Our goal is to make every customer a happy customer, and to address any concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
All vehicles sold by Car Zone Inc. go through a rigorous safety inspection and are backed by a 6 month / 7,500 mile Powertrain Warranty at no cost to the customer. For clarity, a warranty or guarantee is a policy or product provided to the customer at no additional expense. Mrs. **** did receive a warranty from the dealership (no additional cost) for the coverage of "Engine SystemTransmissions SystemInternally lubricated parts only "for a duration of "6mos or 7,500 miles; whichever occurs first. Mrs. ***** drove more than 33,000 miles on the van with no oil change since her purchase back in November 2020. Yet, we still repaired her van.
Our records indicate that Mrs. ***** contacted our service department and spoke with a Specialist on Nov10, 2021 regarding service work she needed done to her vehicle. The conversation started with the topic that her vehicle was overheating. We advised her to NOT DRIVE the vehicle and tow it to the service department. She stated she has no money to do so. Thus, we have hired a towing company and towed the vehicle from Grand Rapids to Otsego at NO CHARGE to Mrs. ****. We inspected the vehicle and repaired the vehicle to solve Mrs. ***** concerns. Mrs. **** stated that she replaced a radiator hose on the vehicle. When the vehicle came in, it was found that all the clams for the radiator hose were loose.
Furthermore, while repairing the Van for Mrs. Neels, it showed that Mrs. Neels DID NOT MADE AN OIL CHANGE on the van. An oil change was way overdue. The oil change sticker said 202,000 miles, when the actual miles show 220,479. It was overdue for oil change by more than 20,000 miles. We contacted Mrs. Neels to pick up the van, no response. Moreover, the vehicle shows it is missing a radio, and the driver seat is broken, and driven on a spare tire.
In summary, Car Zone has continuously been working with Mrs. Neels to repair the vehicle and solve the issues in the van. CarZone service department made a priority appointment for Mrs. Neels, towed the van at NO COST for the customer (over $200 bill), repaired the vehicle when customer paid nothing out of their pocket.
Furthermore, Mrs. Neels degraded and slandered Car Zone to express her frustration "Stay away far away from this company. a company that flat outsells lemons. This company needs to be shut down"
Car Zone as an organization does not permit any malicious intent, wrongdoing, or consumer abuse of any kind. The Company takes pride in providing admirable services and experiences to its customers and maintains a proactive approach to improving its proficiency and conduct.

Car Zone and its service department went above and beyond with Mrs. Neels to repair the van and address her concerns. I am requesting that you remove this complaint from our record. If there is anything further that the Better Business Bureau or Mrs. Neels would like to have addressed, I am available during business hours on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
