Car was purchased on 10/25/2021 from dealership. I had opted for the additional warranty as seen in my documents attached. However a couple days after I opted out and tried calling the dealership. No one answered day after day. I traveled 1 hour to their location a total of 3 times to speak with someone and no one besides a receptionist was ever there. Finally the third time we got a cancellation letter signed by them on 11/18/21. This notice signed by them and myself is suppose to be sent over to the bank so charges can be refunded to me. It’s now 2/15/2022 my bank is still waiting on cancellation letter from the dealership. I don’t know what to do at this point and whether I should seek legal help to sue this dealership.Initial Complaint

Purchased a vehicle from dealer on 10/7/2021. I have yet to receive the registration and title from them. I have repeatedly called the dealership. No body ever answers the phone. I have called the salesman/ Manager's cell phone and left numerous messages and text messages. I have had no response from them. I am now driving with expired temporary registration. I need the registration and title sent to me ASAP.
