After multiple text message exchanges, we agreed to work the project in as soon as possible and to try to do as much work as requested within her target budget.
We completed the project to her extreme approval. (See text messages). Customer: "Hey *****! I did not know you were coming out today. I apologize! It looks beautiful. Thank you so much" Followed by: "is there anyway I can split up bill into payments? I apologize for the inconvenience. I didn't know you would be here so soon! I can come by Saturday if you are available to square up and bring a check."
Multiple text messages followed, requesting a price for edging, edging was not installed due to her budget. She then continued to find reasons not to pay her bill until we finally turned this over to our attorney to handle collections. At this point, her mother paid the invoice to avoid further legal action.
In regards to TB Irrigation, they refused to do any additional work for the homeowner due to past due bills dating back to 21 and 22.
We have included and provided BBB with copies of all text messages exchanged as well past due and paid invoices. We will not be doing any additional work for this homeowner moving forward.
