StayDry place a lien on my house in 2018 because of non-payment. The original reason was work was not completed, and after talking to the company they realized they did not complete the work. They then came to finish the job and I was happy with it, and paid them in full.Now the issue is that the lien they placed on my home has not been removed. I have contacted them via email and over the phone. They originally sent me a receipt that says **** but I owe still. Since they originally sent me the receipt I have been trying to get a letter stating the lien has been removed. But now after 3 months of trying, they refuse to answer any inquire I have about it. I email them have proof they read it, and no response. I gave up calling them because they can't seem to figure it out. It was really easy to put the lien on but they can't figure out how to remove it. The issues I am having are because of the Lien I have not been able to take advantage of a mortgage opportunity, and missed a business opportunity. My bank says the stuff I have will not suffice as documentation because they have not gone through court or been recorded at the county level.This is all about a lien that needs to be removed. And the fact they refuse to respond to any inquire.Business response

We had to do some digging with this because of personnel changes throughout the years, but thru phone calls and 2 visits to the courthouse we were able to provide the county with what they need to release the lien on **************** property, Yesterday we were told that the request should be completed in 7 to 10 business days from 4/6/2023. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.Customer response

Purchase our home July 2021, the home had a transferable warranty on the basement waterproofing system installed by Staydry in ********. October 2021 noticed foul odor coming from sumpump crock and gallons of water draining into our backyard multiple times a day. Called and made an appointment with staydry, they did a no call no show. Called again for an appointment, again no call no show. 3rd appointment, no call no show. I have now black mold and water leaking, took months for them to send a person, they had no tools and had to use our. Never opened the cr9ck or looked at the system, replaced a pipe outside that was said to be wrong. 2 weeks later, same issues. Talked to the owner and he said he will have to charge me because diesel prices are high and iam 2 hours away. He told me to send him pictures, I sent multiple pictures on multiple separate occasions. No response. Almost a year later, black mold, system leaking, maggots in my crock, foundation is ruined. This company will NOT honor the warranty and is HORRIBLE to deal with. My next step is an attorney. DO NOT RECCOMEND Staydry.Business response

A representative form StayDry went out to the homeowners residence on November 29, 2022. We went over and addressed concerns with the system, straps, crock and discharge, floor drain, and sink washer drain. At this time, her concerns were addressed to her satisfaction.Initial Complaint

I hired this company to do some Waterproofing on my house so I put down the down-payment of $2500 on 8/24/2021 so the crew showed up and told me they wasn't going to be able to do the job so I was told to contact the office for a refund so I called and talked to a lady and told her to just put it back on my credit card and she said they don't do that but a check would be in the mail so I waited a couple of weeks and no check and she kept making excuses so I waited longer and I still didn't get it I have talked to her 15 times and she keeps living to me now its 3/4/22 and she's still not helping me I want my money back its been way to long for their games I hope you can help me.Business response
