Leaky basement for 30 years and my wife and i finally had enough. The owner **** came out and explained to me what was happening based on his observation and what he recommended be done to correct the problem. **** sold me a solution that was affordable, did not try to upsell and definately was not pushy like alot of saleman can be. Now to the install of my system. ****** and his crew showed up, prepped everything to protect from dust and debris and then went to work. They told me 2 days to complete and were done in a day and a half. The clean up phase went above and beyond what i expected. They hosed own the basement floor which a really appreciated because i was the guy that was going to have to do that prior to me repainting my basement floor. Saved me time ! I would recommend StayDry to anyone. Top notch orginization !

The lady I worked with to set the appointment up was very nice. The problem came when I had to cancel the ************* you no work had been started. I have been trying to get my depots back since late July. I have reached out to them many times to speak to a finance department. I keep being told that they have just left the office, or they are not in. I have been told this ***** times. I finally though I made some head way when I was told about a check. It was only 25% of what I had put down as a deposit.

Had some delay in scheduling but the actual work and workers were top notch.Very happy with the price for the foundation work,*********

Even though this is a corporate franchise, it's family run. Meaning, they genuinely care about their customers. *******************, the owner, personally did the estimate and took time to explain the problem, how he could help and what the turnaround time would be. He even pointed out a problem with the condensate pump, which he doesn't even service. **** went out of his way to get the job scheduled and completed in a timely manner. He, and all of his staff, were communicative, friendly and helpful. His son, *****, did the work and was equally nice and knowledgeable. During a time of crisis, the focus should be on solutions, not on up-selling and not on gadgets that reveal "you have water in your basement" [yes, another company came with fancy tools to tell me the obvious]. Water is a serious problem, and StayDry is a serious solution. Plus, their prices are affordable. Look no further. You'll be happy, and your basement will be dry. ***Note, this review was intentionally written several weeks after the work was completed to ensure the problem was solved.
