*** is a con. Would never buy a single thing from this place again. We have informed all our friends and family and will continue spreading the word. Caused us a lot of grief and aggravation when ordering our spa. Filed a BBB complaint about 4 years ago to which he just responded to it this year. Refused to fix items covered under warranty because he was not getting paid for it. Not our problem. You sold it, you fix it based on the provisions of the warranty as stipulated by the manufacturer. Manufacturer ended up yanking their license to sell their products, although the manufacturer was also a pain to deal with. Bad business man. BUYER BEWARE!

Mislead ** during the sales process. We asked multiple times whether everything was covered under the warranty parts and labor. They said yes absolutely. However they never mentioned the $100 trip charge So we needed warranty work on spa 2 months after purchase and they said that will be $100. We said everything is supposed to be covered under the warranty. They said well not the trip charge. I then let a negative review on them for being misleading. And now they refuse to do warranty work even though we paid for itRecreation Warehouse Response

*****, we have provided warranty service work at no charge. Your warranty trip charge is clearly stated in your warranty paperwork from the manufactorer. We did not refuse to service your tub because of your review, we are not servicing your spa because you owe us money. You have never paid for a single warranty trip charge. Your current open balance is $15,117.07 as you have disputed your entire spa charge with the credit card company for a $95 warranty trip charge that you owe. You were also provided with a list of other service centers directly from the manufactorer so that you could seek service from any one of your choosing. I do know that the manufactorer has also ceased all communication with you and we have involved our lawyer.Review from Ksenia R

The owner is a dishonest man i had to deal with. Had a pool opening and his technician used impact wrench on safety cover anchors and damaged them. When we asked the owner to fix the problem, he blamed us for it. Beware. There are other decent pool companies around.Recreation Warehouse Response

We apologize for your dissatisfaction in your pool opening. Your safety cover anchors were corroded and rusting, the technician did make you aware. These are normal wear and tear items. ************** was also trying to work around your children who you allowed to rummage through their tool bags and get additional tools to 'help' get the anchors out.
