I paid him $400 on August landscaping around my house to take mulch out and put weed gaurd in. The workers he sent did not follow the instructions that I had for them, and that we agreed upon cheaper material was used without myself being notified during the job. The job was not completed, and ** left to finishing it myself. his workers only sent pictures of the work that was completed to hide the bosses standards. I sent him pictures showing that it was not completed with the right kind of materials. He refused to do any type of refund and has not responded to coming out to fix the mistake. Also making me buy more supplies for the job and asking for more money.Business response

Customer contacted me to remove mulch and install weed guard around his house i sent my two workers out to do the job i purchased material off the measurements the cuatomer gave me at which is what i quoted him for once workers arrived and started the work they quickly ran out because there was way more footage than what the cuatomer measured so they went and purchased more weed guard out of there own pockets just to be able to complete the job that day the stores in the area didnt have the exact same weed guard that was purchased prior to the install so they installed andnfinished the rest.of the job after they left homeowner called me up and was very disrespectful and was swearing at me telling me how horrible of a job my workers did when i informed him that they had sent me pictures of it and i found nothing wrong with it he changed.his story and started complaining about the different style weed guard thats when i informed him that no one in town had that paticular product in stock and the fact remained that there was plenty of material in the beginning for the measurments he gave me and that anything else was extra time and material he once again started cussing at menand being disrespectful thats when i told him he could just find someone else because he was just going to be unhappy no matter what and i wasnt going to let him rip me off any further thats when he hung up the phone and i havent heard from him sinceCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I have been trying to contact the company when the owner said he would come out to fix it himself if I bought the material. I have text messages proving this. He is ignoring my messages and calls. Its cost me more money to fix his employees mistakes. His employees only took pictures of the side of the house that was done properly. The rest of it was just was thrown down and my wife and I had to fix since the owner never came out to see the work his employees did. I asked him to come out and he never responded. He wont answer. I have my neighbors as witnesses to the poor quality of work the employees were doing. I expect a partial refund since the owner never coming out to inspect the work like he said he would or fix the issue. I was trying to text and call two after the job was done with no response.

I have tried in every way to resolve this issue the customer gave me a certain measurment to the size of area needed to be covered i purchased material and priced the job according to his measurements once my workers ran out of materials i explained this to him and just to complete the job and be done with it i instructed my workers to go purchase more material out of my own pocket so as of now i have already paid out of my own pocket the cost of the extra material plus labor cost to have it installed my workers called me and explained that no where in town had the exact same weed guard that was previously purchased when i explained this to customer he disresectfully told me he just wanted it done upon completion he damanded that i come remove the new weed guard and purchase more of the same kind and install it at that point i explained to him that i was already out the money for the new weed guard that wasnt part of first bid plus labor to install it and was not going any further in the negitive by purchasing more and labor to uninstall and reinstall it that if he was wanting something different he would have to pay any additional charges once more he got disrespectful and upset and refused to do so i washed my hands of itCustomer response

The owner of this business has done nothing to help fix this problem. I was willing to pay more for weed guard to be put down. I went out and bought more then texted for a week that I have the material ready for him but was ignored by him . I ended doing the work. Everything this business is saying is a lie. I gave him the measurements for everything. Also, I went out and bought more material after the job was done for him to come out and finish it. Ive got nothing but excuses and being blamed for everything. I am done with this business owner. Since I had to do the work myself and have other people help. Im finished with this business owner and I would just pass the word on not to do business with him I no longer want deal with this. I will no longer respond to any emails about this

On May 5th I reached out to Larrys handyman LLC based on a referral given on my local informed ******** page. The owner ***** responded almost immediately and came out that same day to give a quote on replacing some windows on our home. On May 7th he sent me the written estimate and I sent it to my husband to review. On May 19th we agreed to the pricing and after a few missed dates ***** came out on May 26th where we signed a contract and paid our down payment of $1300. ***** said it would take about 3 weeks for the windows to be manufactured so on 06/16 we started asking for updates and that is when the excuses started. ***** said he would call to get a status update the Monday following 06/16 then we reached out again on 06/22, 06/23 with no response. Finally we reached out on 06/25 and he responded that he had been in TX for a family emergency but should be back mid week. We reached out again on 06/28 and 07/06 with no response. Reached out again on 07/07 and finally on 07/08 he responded that he was still in TX due to family emergency and that he would call window manufacturer for an update. On 07/12 I we reached out again to see if he had an update and on 07/13 he responded that he was sorry but that our window order had been lost and he would come by on 07/14 to talk to my husband and I and make things right. We did not hear from ***** on 07/14. At this point we just want our money back so we can find someone to complete the job.Business response
