Took my dog to get fixed. She was 9. 5 days after surgery we took her bandages off and she wasn't sewn up right. Her insides were falling out. We rushed her to the emergency vetranarian and for $10,000 they would save her. I had to put my best friend down because of ************* negligence. We called and talked to her assistant. Was told Dr would explain what happened. She never did. I want my dog back. She could of at lest sent her home with a cone so she couldn't get to her wounds. So disappointed.Business response

************. I am sorry for your .loss.. As for the case, this was more than just a spay. She was an older dog with large breast tumors on both sides. The surgery time was more than one and a half hours. She was discharged with a bandage on so no cone should be needed. I stand behind my surgeries and would have repaired her if I had been given a chance.. Currently there is an outstanding bill of $676.18 for this service. The original bill was ******, due in august.
Animals respond different to surgery. We use the best methods and materials. Please contact our office directly to resolve this matter.
