We had **** install a watering system that pulled water from the lake. We were never given a layout of the lines. At the beginning told the layout may have to be changed due to rocks. When the installation was completed, again refused. **** stated that since they were going to be maintaining the system that a layout was not necessary. Every May, we had to wait for them to open up the system, sometimes it was into June before our system was open. This caused us to water the yard by hand and sprinklers or lose our plants and grass, while using our well. **** would come close our system down earlier than we needed. This would put us back to watering ourselves again. We had to have parts upon parts replaced. Starting from the beginning we had issues. Setting the system to automatically water was a problem early on. It had clogged up, burning out the motor. That was around $500 years ago to replace. So someone needed to be home to watch the system run! When we were finally able to get the owner of **** out to our property, years later. He stated that his company did not put our system in. My husband offered to show him the receipt. The owner stated that the man who sold us the system was no longer with the company. The owner of **** then informed us that they would no longer be dealing with our type of system. He wanted us to have an additional well put in, to water the yard. That we would charged to switch the system to the well! That all of his other customers that had lake systems were doing that. Like it was nothing to spend $20k for a well! We refused. Then we were informed that **** would no longer be taking care of our system. We had spent thousands of dollars using this company! We contacted other companies to have them take care of our system, they refused since **** had put in the system. My husband has been taking care of the system himself. Paying contractors for help as needed. We do not recommend ****!
