Terrible experience. Bought a car there and 2 days later it broke down. Needs 8k worth of work. Absolute scam artists.

I was frustrated with the progress of my car. But it was made right. And employee came in on day off of holiday weekend to finish it. I tried to remove post from being upset but can not find it. They made it right

I bought a used truck from ********************* on or around June 24, 2023. Just before I was to make my first payment, about 45 days, the check engine light came on. I took it back to them (Thurs.)and they diagnosed it as the wiring harness was bad to the coil packs. They said they had to order it and it would take 6 hrs. to replace it. It would be done on Monday. I call Monday they havent even got the truck in yet, promised it would be done Tues.. Tuesday I call and they said after replacing the wiring harness it was still showing codes they had a local **** dealership order a new PCM which took 2 weeks, the whole time now my truck is at the **** dealership. they gave me a loaner and after a total of about a month I get my truck back. I have had it back about 2-3 weeks and the check engine light is back on and the transmission is slipping. I go to the dealership that sold me the truck and they wanted to charge me to look at it and basically called me a lier when I questioned them about the wiring harness they never replaced. The original one is still in it. Then they procceded to tell me that my service contract is through a third party company and they didnt have to fix it. So now it is back at the **** dealership awaiting the diagnosis at $210. I will tell everyone I know not to buy from here. I hope this enlightens some about going here for business.

On 3/31/22 I purchased a vehicle from auto west, Ever since this purchased, I have been harassed via email, text, and they showing up at my house claiming they need more information for the loan company. I have been threatened with having to park my car that my loan went through for and i fully signed all of the papers for and have insured until i can provide documentation that was already provided. I have been argued with and treated extremely poorly by *************************. He has used cars on the lot to show up at my house and POUND on my door. All communication is documented. I have been harassed after saying I will no longer deal with them directly, only the bank in which my loan is through.

Poorly run business. Had a major problem on vehicle purchase. Have been completely ignored and ghosted. No help whatsoever from people who could settle this. No responsibility taken by anyone. Poor poor communication. Hoping problem and me just go away. Would not recommend this business to anyone. STAY AWAY!
