On 2/24/24 I bought a 2012 s500 from Plymouth auto sales upon arriving home in **** I smelled burning oil. Being that I was told by ************************* they had went through the car and there wasnt any problems with the car. Being that they had went through car I kind of thought they may had dropped some oil on exhaust pipe. Unfortunately that wasnt the case I was handed a warranty that still had 3 months or 3000 miles left. But it didnt cover anything but inside engine and nothing outside which is what Im dealing with now. Took to my mechanic on 3/22/24 and I was told vacuum pump modulator was 1 source of leaking oil, and 4 cam shaft actuators celenoids were leaking also which is very dangerous to be driving a car with oil leaking on the engine. To repair cost is $1900.00Business response

********************,
We are very sorry to hear about your unsatisfying experience with us. Your full satisfactory is our priority, please keep in mind we operate within our agreement we have signed in between us. You have agreed to purchase this vehicle with a limited warranty 3 months/3000 miles from a third party at our expense, anything outside that agreement you are responsible for.
You purchased a twelve yeas old vehicle with ***** miles and drove over an hour to get home, something may have happened is very possible. We don't know what the future brings. We had this vehicle through the shop and had $723.76 done in repairs recommended by the shop.
We first found out on 04/01/2024 about this, 35 days after purchase when you called in and talk to *******. You called here very angry yelled at ******* calling him m*********** and f*** you, f*** you, f*** you guys and hanged up the phone on him. We do not appreciate that.
You also accused him of not receiving the title paperwork, and we have confirmation from ***** signed by you receiving the paperwork package on 03/12/2024. This sale is final and no refunds will be made as we have done nothing wrong and have all the paperwork to backup our side of the story.

We are very sorry to hear about the problem you are having with your Vehicle. You called ** on 04/27/2023 to let us know that there was a problem with your vehicle, and per warranty company policy we informed you to take the vehicle to a shop and file a claim with your warranty company. You called back couple days later saying they are not covering ***********, we called the warranty company to get more information on your claim, and we were told the claim is not denied. We called the warranty company again and spoke with ************************* in claims department, he informed ** this claim is still open (not denied) and they are waiting again for a tear down to find the root of the problem. You have to follow the warranty agreement!
