I paid in full the invoiced amount to board and train my dog at the time I dropped off my dog. I provided all records requested, and gave a release to banfield to allow the *** ********************* to accquire more, and treat as needed for the purposes of boarding and training. Within hours of dropping my dog off, employees and the *** himself began asking me for feeding instructions (clearly written on his form, and on food bin, and food measuring cup), and telling me that, though we signed a contract, I paid in full, the business would not allow me to pick up my dog without paying them additional 25 dollar fees to bathe the dog. I have given this business every dollar, every form, and every medical record that I have the power to provide. I have been patient through a pandemic, and given the business a year from the expected completion date that I already paid for (Dec 2020 - 2021). Each time I question the obvious violations and breach of the contract and terms of service provided to me by the business, I am told how it is because of something I did/didnt do, or it's because of how I am. I have asked in many ways, and in good humor about this. I paid $7k for a service that didnt get completed, they came up two weeks short, got my dog sick (they screen all dogs in the facility strictly im sure). I was stuck with medical bills for the dog. The business will only communicate via text, which makes it impossible at best, and unprofessional most often. I never know who Im talking to. They gave me basically 0 documentation. I have a canceled check with the ***'s first and last name on it for the complete invoice amount, and the log of them returning my dog to me before the agreed term, and several text messages of the employees and management admitting that they did not complete the job, and that it's because Im harassing them. The *** is a former police officer. He did not comply with the instructions from the authorities in the matter, after filing complaint with the state.
