      I purchased a travel cup, top, and bariatric vitamins from Smile Bariatric, a division of Tespo on Feb 22, 2024. I also purchased two replacement cups for my dispenser from Tespo. When I never received tracking information from Smile Bariatric or Tespo, I began to email (no response) and call (phone rings busy day and night). I then called Tespo who routes my call to a mailbox that is full. They have stolen over $100 from me and they should be held accountable.

      we are not getting our vitamins, I have tried calling several times, says mail is box is full I have emailed and no response , where are my vitamins?, if you are out of business I want a refund of dispenser or please send our men's and women's monthly vitamins

      I purchased a Tespo Vitamin Machine and pods off of Amazon, I was needing to order more pods and ask some question about the machine and its App as the app does not work, I reached out via email several times I called and no answer its been several weeks and still nothing. Looking on the web I saw where since 2022 this company does not respond to anybodyIS THIS STILL A LEGIT COMPANY? If its not the products should not be sold as mine broke after only a weeks use and no way of contacting the company.

      This business finally responded, however I want to say thats its a terrible company as they continue to sale a product that once the inventory runs out they will no longer sale the product they should have to advice consumers before they purchase this product

      I have used this company's products extensively in the past. Our machine finally broke so I bought a new one on April 21, 2023 (order #*******). I paid $159.00 for a new machine and 2 vitamin "pods". The machine does not work and does not dispense the vitamins. I have contacted the company repeatedly for an exchange or refund but they do not respond (their customer service was great in the past). Any call to "customer service" goes to voice mail which announces that it's "full" and simply disconnects. They will not respond to emails from various sources (Amazon, through their website or ********** I'm stuck with an expensive little gadget that doesn't work and and company that appears to have be bought by crooks. I want my money back please?

      I ordered the Tespro vitamin machine and vitamins after bariatric surgery. Unfortunately, the vitamins upset my stomach and I threw-up each time I took them. I reached out to Tespro on 11/1 through their chat service on the website, I made a phone call to business, AND sent an email requesting information on how I could return the machine and to stop the vitamin deliveries. I did not hear back from them. I made another chat message, phone call, and email on November 5th and have still not heard back from them. I want to return the machine under their guarantee but they will not contact me back.

      The company never responded to any of my attempts to communicate but I did receive a refund from them in the beginning of January.
