      I ordered blinds for most of my windows back last year. They were delivered around November and were so filthy it was reprehensible that a company could install something like that. I demanded replacement. They took their time ordering new ones, which were STILL damaged. I am now waiting for the THIRD set of blinds. I have asked for my money back several times, my request go which they ignore. Their customer service is a joke because they clearly dont care as it should not *********** months for me to have the blinds i paid for. I have to beg and plead for updates because they dont voluntarily provide them, meaning they dont care and are not paying attention. This company is a joke, they have scammed me out of my money and i do not have the product i paid for.

      I believe this complaint is for 1-800-4-Blinds and not House of Blinds. House of Blinds was sold many years ago. Please direct to correct company

      I ordered 6 custom window blinds on Fri. Oct 21, 2021 for $1200.00 they were delivered on Wed. Nov 24, 2021. The delivered the wrong color than what I ordered. They came with a tan trim and I ordered the trim in white. I talked to a lady on Mon. Nov 29, 2021. They were closed over Thanksgiving weekend. She said she would find out what they could do and call me back. Several days went by I called back again the same woman answered and said she was going to call me later that day they would pick up my blinds to change out the trim on Dec 16. That it would take a week and half to return them to me. I called them on Dec 23, 2021 to get status on the blinds. The same women said since its the holidays I can get them when I call in the new year. I called on Mon, Jan 3, 2022. Again the same woman answered she said she would have find out and call me back, she didnt call back. I called back the next day she than tells me they were shutdown for the holidays so they werent able to do my blinds but find out they were shipped to Cali. She would call me back with a status. I asked to speak to a manager. She tells me she will let them know the mangers name is ****. No one calls me back. I called back again on Thursday, Jan 6, 2021 the same women answered. I left a vm with ****. Than I called again and talked to ***** (owner) didnt know anything about this issue I was having and finds out it will take another 4 wks until I get my blinds back. I told them that it was unacceptable. It didnt take this long when I ordered them. He than says he can get them to me in 2 wks. I called again, Fri. Jan 21, 2022. They dont have my blinds, they dont remember what happened with my blinds and said they would call me back with a status. I talked with the women *****, the owner ***** and manager **** on Friday not on of them knew when I will get my blinds. I asked for a full refund and they all said we will find out where your blinds are and get them to back to me. I have not heard since.
