I ordered windows/door from ********** in march 2022. The windows/door were custom made by jeld-wen, and then sent to New Branch LLC. Jeld-wen has tracking information for our order of windows/door, the windows/door were received by New Branch LLC mid May. 2022. New Branch LLC had contacted us the end of May to set up a date for delivery. We only received our door on Tuesday May 24. I have been calling constantly, leaving voicemails, sending emails and have done instant messaging/chat on their website via text. No one from this company has called me back, returned email, and when I was texting/chat with the business, as soon as I gave them my order number they never responded. Where are my windows!? We paid $300 for shipping to this company. They are holding my windows hostage. This is absolutely unacceptable. We are paying contractor and crew while we wait for our windows that have been made and waiting 2 months for delivery. Our windows were in their possession at the time they delivered our door. They tried to get us to sign off on delivery of BOTH windows and door. we only signed off on delivery of the door because that is all we received.Initial Complaint

My contractor company that is rebuilding my house ordered windows through *********** this business New Branch is the 3rd party delivery company. They have had my windows in there facility since 6/3. I have been given two delivery dates and waited all day with no call no shows. i have personally tried to call this business over 150 times. Ive left voicemails i have sent emails, my contractors and ********** have also done this and not one person can get ahold of this company. my contractors even tried to go pick them directly up and they will not allow this. i am not sure what else to do at this point as these were custom ordered and took months so we cannot just reorder through someone else.
