This ambulance company is trying to charge me over $1500 for a 47 mile ambulance ride. I have an extensive medical history. All my drs are at **************************************. The last 2 times Ive called this ambulance company my defibrillator has gone off numerous times, the local hospital cant handle my medical issues. They just send me to ******************* anyway. As a matter of fact Im usually transported to *******. But since I dont go to the local hospital they seem to think they can ***** me and my insurance company. You can check with my insurance provider to verify my claim. This should be illegal. I wouldnt ever recommend this company to anyone. They are committing insurance fraud Please helpInitial Complaint

In accordance with the fair credit reporting act. The list of accounts below has violated my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC **** Tri hospital ems acct#************ U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy 15 U.S.C **** section 604 A section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C ****c. (a)(5) Section states: No consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information Any other adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than 7 years. 15 U.S.C ****s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.
