      I have a mortgage with Michigan mutual I was out of work for a few months and paid my payments in two so that I wouldnt get so behind I called because my payments werent showing AT ALL I was treated horribly on the phone and told they dont accept payments even if they are 5 dollars short they are held . They refused to credit all of my payments because it could have been meant towards principle or anything how would they know. They refused to put my payments towards my past due balance and are holding it and charging me 185 dollar late fees. I didnt ask for a fire stance not to have to pay while I was off. Only to pay my payments in two so it was more manageable. I have doesnt days balking because of how mean and unprofessional this company is.

      Started a loan assumption in Aug. 2022 and was told this process would only take 42 business days and i went and bought another house in Sept. 2022 based on there informatation . During this long , long very stressful process i made over 750 phone calls , numerous emails and requested over *************************************************************************************************************************** within 4 business hours and when i explained my fustrations they were apoligetic but my issue was never resolved . So here we are 8 months later and i found out that the loan assumption was denied in Jan. 2023 (for ex-wife to assume loan) and that i would recive a partial refund for the laon assumpion fee due to it being denied . Well as i said earlier here we are 3 months later and i have yet to recieve a call back and EVERY TIME i call they say call back this day and we should have an answer . Friday March 31st i was told by a supervisor who was rude and obnoxious that they would have a tracking number for the refund check that would be mailed out on April 3rd 2023 and of course when i called on the 3rd the rep said your refund hasnt been mailed and has been put under further review and my responce was what in the heck would you have to review for 3 months for a measly ******* refund check , but they would have the final amount and would process the refund Friday April 7th and of course i call Monday April 13th and was told the workorder isnt complete for me to call back on Monday April 17th . Well im tired of calling and getting the same answers so i pray that this will get me some satisfaction (MY MONEY) in a timely manner no 3 months for this refund that im due . Or at least a call on email from someone at Michigan Mutual other than the survey **** Thanks for any help in this matter *************************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. But I truly apologize that I had to take this action for something that should've been processed 3 months ago and unfortunately there wasn't an attorney that would take my case because there were thousands of dollars I had to come up with due to there unsatisfactory day to day operations and countless (over 700 calls) adn time from my work day spent on the phone trying to get an answer . And once this claim started a couple of days later I started receiving calls after I'd requested over 400 call backs never to receive a single one and even got 2 in one day . But I hope moving foward they change there practices moving foward so no one ever has to experience over the last 8 months , not to mention the denial for the loan assumption went down because the reasons I received make no sense what soever and I still have 2 home loans in my name which has damaged my credit . But just wanna say THANK YOU BBB you stepping in and getting what belonged to me
