I FEEL THIS HAS TO BE WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT THE WORST MORTAGE COMANY IN THE HISTORY . AND HERES WHY I WENT THREW A DIVORCE AND MY NAME WAS THE ONLY NAME ON THE LOAN AND STARTED A LOAN ASSUMPTION ON AUGUST 11TH 2022 AND HERE IT IS JANUARAY 18TH STILL WITH NO ANSWER , ITS BEEN IN UNDERWRITING SINCE OCTOBER 8TH 2022 AND HAS BEEN ESCALATED (DEFINITION IS INCREASE RAPIDLY) 5 TIME AND 3 MONTHS AND 10 DAYS LATER STILL NO ANSWER IT SOUND MORE LIKE INSANITY (DEFINITION IS TO REPEAT THE SAME ACTION OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND HAVING THE SAME RESULTS) AND NOW I'VE BOUGHT ANOTHER HOUSE AND HAD TO COME UP WITH ****** MORE DOWN BECUASE YOU CAN'T HAVE 2 FHA LOANS (MMI WONT GIVE AN ANSWER) AND AS OF YESTERDAY MY CREDIT SCORE WENT FROM 725 TO 620 BECUASE I NOW SHOW 2 HOME LOANS IN MY NAME FOR ALMOST 500K AND IM AT MY ***** END WITH MMI AND MY HOPES ARE THAT THE ****** BROTHERS (**** OR ****) SOME HOW GET THIS AND REACH OUT TO ME OR AT LEAST SOMEONE AT THEIR OFFICE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER ....... Please accept this as the response for the correspondence, dated January 18, 2023, regarding the complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. During our investigation of your complaint, MiMutual Mortgage has determined the following. ************** was not an applicant on the assumption request. The request for the assumption came from an Applicant other than **************. This Applicant did not grant ****** for us to provide information to **************. The Applicant was provided with the requirements of the assumption on multiple occasions and did not respond to our request for information. ************** has tried to insert himself into the transaction for the Applicant without proper consent. MiMutual cannot accept documentation from someone other than the Applicant. Just because ************** is the customer on the original loan, he has no rights to the information for the new loan in which he is not the customer.Review from J. D.

If you're reading this, I hope your mortgage is with literally any other mortgage company. These people lose payments and have not accurately tracked my mortgage balance. When I've called their customer service, I get the revolving door of passing between multiple departments "who should be able to help me," but no one ever does. I emailed all of the pertinent information as directed, and their email response to me was to call customer service. Then when I finally got to speak to a manager, they finally did listen to what I was saying, but still were not able to address the issue and now I'm waiting "7 business days" for them to get back in touch with me. I asked for a direct phone number or email so I didnt have to wait on hold for 20 minutes to speak to someone and start the whole torturous process over again, but "they dont have direct numbers or emails." Every interaction with them tests the bounds of human patience.Michigan Mutual, Inc. Response

Your letter contained no information. And I've waited much longer than the 7 business days as promised with no follow up from MiMutual. Please have someone call or email me back as soon as possible.
