************** did our shower install, he was professional and courteous. We did miss the first call from SIR because I don't typically answer unknown numbers, but they called back a week later, I did answer that time, and we scheduled the sales appointment. Most of the parts came early and after finding a shower door in the warehouse they were able to do our install several weeks early. Definitely enjoy the new shower over the big box store three-piece we had before.

SIR Home Improvement completed a shower install for us. ************** was masterful in his workmanship. The fiberglass tub removal and replacement with the marble look like materials for a shower was absolutely done to perfection. We love it! Thank you SIR and thank you ******.Review from Sarah P

I had my old bathtub removed and a new shower installed. My house had old piping and no other company would do the work. ******, was not the original person I spoke with but was able to adjust on the fly to the old piping and got the job done a day earlier than expected. Sir home improvement was supposed to come out and quote me on new windows but never showed up. I looked back into my call history and seen I missed a call from them the day prior. When I called them back to see what happened the lady that answered sent me to a voicemail service that just hung up on me. If this is a sign of their customer service then I take it as a blessing this happened.Sir Home Improvement, Inc. Response

In May 2023, Trevor, of Sir Home Improvement, installed a new walk-in shower for us. Not only was his workmanship excellent, but he was also on time, considerate and professional! I would recommend Trevor anytime.
