            My wife and I purchased solar panels through Climax Solar. They promised us that we purchased a large enough system that we should only pay around $50.00 in the winter when there is the least amount of sunlight. We spend more money now between the solar payment and the consumers payment than we did prior to the installation of solar. I have reached out to them and they asked to wait for 12 months of service, which I did. They asked to have copies of all of our bills, which I sent. There was no follow up and they stopped responding to me. I feel that we were lied to about the system and that we have been defrauded. We so badly wanted this system to work as described to us during our consultation but it has not. At this point I feel that either correcting our solar system to work as promised or to remove the solar system and refund the remaining balance on our solar loan seem like the only reasonable resolutions.
