On November 21, 2023, I orders 8 panels of Blue Boho Beach Wallpaper from James and Colors. I paid them $552. The room was finally ready to have wallpaper installed on Thursday, January 4, ****. My wallpaper installer opened the box and noticed there were only 6 panels in the shipment. After emailing James and Colors, they asked for a picture of my shipping box and the panels. I sent them the evidence they asked for. They also asked if the panels were numbered. They were numbered 1-6.After receiving the pictures, James told me that shipping box is only used for 3 rolls of wallpaper. He insisted I received three rolls (one with 2 panels and two with 3 panels). However, that is not what was in the box. James told me he goes through five steps to ensure the order is correct and this was not his error. He also told me he would not do anything to remedy this situation.I believe this is poor business practice. I have no reason to mislead him by saying I was not given my full order. My hope is that he is able to mail me the other two wallpaper panels.
