December 5th I bought a gift card for Christmas for a couples message. Per a holiday promotion this company was running. I then gifted it too my daughter on Christmas. First booking January 12th business canceled do to moving from ******* to ***********. Strange she didnt already know she was moving prior to selling me these. However *********** is way closer so no big deal. She needed time to move so she rescheduled for February 12th. Business canceled 9 pm the night before. Then was once again rescheduled for March 1st and the business canceled that within the hour they were supposed to arrive. My daughter didnt want to reschedule for an 3RD and the business very nicely said for me to call for a refund. I went to do that and she has blocked my number. Yes a business blocked my number. I went to the business and she wouldnt open the door but said was he was with a client and to come back for refund the next day March 26th and of course she isnt there. I have since found this person just does this, sells bundles of gift certificates and then never schedules and keeps canceling till customer gives up. This business went from ******* to my small town and I have tried to contact her also on ******** messenger and she responded with a laughing cat emoji. Again a full blown business did this. I have all the screen shots for my interactions and my daughters and they ALL have been very business like and professional. To be treated like this from a small woman owned business in MY community is not something I think we should put up with. Please use this complain as action to move forward on my behalf to this business. Its not even that much money but the fact she refuses to refund, hope you will give up and mocks you is just wild business practices to me. I also can not find any record of her even being licensed at this point.Business response

The business is clearly marked by appointment only on the door due to the fact that I am the only person working and cannot step away from a client during their appointment. Unfortunately, being the sole operator of the business means that sometimes life happens and you need to reschedule people. The vast majority of my clients are very kind and respectful people who understand that sometimes I have to attend to one of my childrens needs because that is what parents do or that i may have an injury that happens due to the extremely physical nature of the job. But always, they are understanding because they have been with me like friends for years. It is truly sad that a portion of our society has devolved into a state of mind where they choose to try and get even with someone when they feel they have been inconvenienced. This person has received a full refund and has still continued to try and spread baseless lies about the business out of spite. It is sad to see how far some people will stoop to simply inflict harm on others.
