    I rented a pontoon for 8 hours on 8/2/2023 for my family. A storm came in about 2 hours after we left the dock and we had to return to the dock. After having lunch we returned and planned to go back out on the boat but on our way from the dock the boat was moving very slowly so we returned back to the dock and asked for the manager. He came out and took apart some of the boat and it was determined by him that he could not fix it and he did not have another boat. He was very apologetic and said that he would give us our money back for the whole day. I called recently to ask why the refund hadnt happened yet and the person that answered the phone said that her manager wasnt there but that refunds could take a few weeks to happen. I hadnt heard back from the manager so I called again today and he answered the phone. I asked for the refund status and he said Oh I was trying to find your information . He goes on to say that I ruined the throttle when I left the dock and that he didnt feel that I deserved a refund anymore. He suggested a partial refund and I asked how he knew that I caused his throttle to not work. He responded with asking me if I thought it was fair that he refunded me the whole day and I said because that is what he told me he would do. Then he immediately hung up the phone on me and must have took the phone off the hook because now it just rings busy. I would like a full refund of the $534.32 that I paid and an apology for the way I was treated. I was not belligerent or rude and that fact that he just hung up on me is totally unprofessional.
