      The car wash cracked my windshield and both the managers lied and said it wasn't them and ut was a previous crack. That's a lie because the manager showed me the supposedly crack on the video , I laughed and said let me show you my windshield, the supposed crack he showed me on camera was actually dirt or pollen and nowhere near where the crack was. They lied to my face and I will *** them all , karma is real. Take them out of buisness and I hope no one gets screwed like me

      George Matick Chevrolet took advantage of me a Senior Citizens by ripping me off on a 2011 Cruze for $5300. I purchase a used car in November 2023 and had to get rid of it in December of 2023 because of engine problems. They have you sign off on an as is purchase agreement so they won't be responsible. I am on limited income and loss ******* which I am still paying for the loan. I am so upset. How could a business do that to a poor 73 year old senior trying to survive.Ripped Off

      Paid for brand new brakes, rotors , pads install. Brought the issue up to the advisor handling my vehicle and had the audacity to ask me why didnt I bring it back sooner if I heard noise coming from my brakes. ***** was very rude and condescending. And he doesnt like to communicate. Brakes started squeaking loudly after paid service approximately 1/2 weeks after service and they still didnt address the issue. The supervisor was also notified and nothing was done. So now I have to seek services elsewhere because this place is horrible when it comes to customer service but most importantly when its time to get work done on your vehicle robbery at its best. They will charge you for the service and not complete the service correctly or if even at all. Stay away this place is untrustworthy!!!

      I bought a used car from them that they must have known had issues. It died with major engine failure four months later, and all I did was light driving around town in it. They wouldn't even return my calls about it. To be avoided.

      I have been a customer since 2017. **** ** **** was the salesman who sold me my vehicle. He always gave stellar and excellent service. My recent oil change visit there was less than stellar! I am very disappointed. The service department went against their mission statement of using only GM products, and instead used a part from ******** **** {statement from the service manager}. The faulty part caused a huge oil leak from my vehicle. Leaving me stranded and unable to drive the car. The service department made arrangements to tow my car in to diagnosis the problem. This is when I was informed about the wrong part for my car. I continually stated that my car was fine before the oil change. The service technician begin to tell me other problems, which I didn't understand because, again I had only bought my car in for an "oil change". Once, I was done speaking with the service technician I requested paperwork which stated the work that had to be done, as a result of the wrong part being place in my vehicle. I was then told by the service technician that there was no paperwork. This is when the above fore mentioned encounter with the service manager begin. Needless, to say I now have the necessary paperwork. Moving forward better care, concern and attention to details should be considered when dealing with customers and servicing cars. In my case hopefully, this error will not cause any future damage to my car or anyone else for that matter!
