      Onlyfans.com support staff refuses to **** me a refund on a subscription I paid a year for and now am not getting content I paid for. The help staff is ignorant and rude and I wont deal with them again. Absolutely ridiculous to sell content and then have that content limited and not refund if asked. The continued to repeat the same stupid s*** about policy. Its a very simple issue. If I didnt pay for the subscription I wouldnt have access to messages and PPV content. So that is part of the paid subscription. Im blocked from that content. Only paid subscriptions get access to these features so they are part of the service. I want an apology from the company and my refund of $86 sent to me immediately. I shouldnt even have to go thru this s***

      This complaint is regarding Onlyfans. Fenix is the parent company. Anyway. I have nearly $400 in money I have earned that Onlyfans is withholding until I send my social security card. I do not feel comfortable sending my SS# when this site is not secure and there are data breaches. They are refusing to let me have my payout (money I earned a private contractor using the site) until I do this. My valid and current drivers license has been sent. My last 4 of my social have been sent. Other creators are reporting the same problem. I simply want the money I have already earned through the site as I have verified my identity multiple times.
