Ordered a book last year and it was OK. They have automatic renewal of the annual fee and no way to cancel it this year at the anniversary. Really rotten that they direct you to sign in and then use the drop down menu under "my account". No drop down menu and no way to cancel. Really poor customer relations as now I will have to dispute w/ my cc.Business response

Thank you for contacting us. This charge in question is customer's renewal of their **********************+ Membership which they signed up for one year prior to this charge. We notified this customer for the upcoming renewal via an email. This is sent 30 days prior to the renewal. Their are several opportunities for all customers to opt out/cancel their membership renewals, including within their account itself. We also do not have any record of this customer reaching out to our Customer Relations Team, by email of voicemail.
That being said, it is not our intention to charge our customers for a service they do not wish to continue and as such, we have made the cancellation to their LoveBookOnline.com membership. The customer will receive a refund within the next ***** hours.
