On March 4, 2022, I placed an order with Sky Professional Services / Sky *** Legal for **** (Qualified Domestic Relations Order) preparation and gave my credit card info to charge me their $400 service fee. The service is essential to me as I need a qualified agency to prepare the **** documentation so that I can receive funds granted to me from a retirement account during my divorce. I provided all information they needed to process my order.On May 29, I emailed the company this: "Can you please confirm that you have received my order for ************* and update me on the status?"I received a response June 3 from ***************************: "Hi ***, I checked and yes we have your order and I have emailed the review and the drafter to see where we stand. Sorry for the delay, we have been short staffed and are all working extra hours to try and keep up with the influx of orders we are receiving.. As soon as I have an update, I will send you an email .. Thanks again for your patience,******************************** Analyst Sky Professional Solutions ***************************************************************************************** ******************* ************** ************** fax *************************************"I emailed ******** on August 25 and said: "Could you please update me on the status of my ****?"There was no response.In October, the situation became urgent because my ex-husband began withdrawing money from the retirement account that the **** was supposed to be done on long ago, putting my portion of the account at risk because Sky Professional Solutions hasn't done what I hired them to do.I emailed ******** again on Oct. 21: "It is imperative that we hear back from you immediately about the status of my **** order placed back on March 3. I have reached out to you, as has my attorney ***************************, and after multiple attempts we do not know the status of the ****. ..."I have called, sent a ******** message, used the contact form on the website and have still had no response.
