I went to *************** *************** location in ******** ***** evening carryout. I ordered 2 of same entrees to go with appetizers one of which was egg rolls well overcooked just as the sesame chicken to where there was no sauce the rice very dry and crumbly with this type of food there should be some texture. I have had good meals as well as bad dining in and carryout especially when your bill is 66,25 before tip which was $8 when I called back when I got it home he said I bagged up the order myself if that is the case then you would of seen meal overcooked not alot vegetables but vegetables that was there were brown not from the sauce because there was not any sauce. The meal was ***** unable to eat either The manager stated there is nothing he is going to do for me since I have complained now and before well sir when you pay this type of money for carryout and restaurant does not stand by their quote fresh food made to order well it wasnt on this day well overcooked and unable to eat either entree with his response not going to do anything for you I do want a refund I want to show you the food that was given to me as my carryout and I want my money back he refused for me to bring food back he said im not going to do anything for you made to order food that is suppose to be fresh and it is not. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and attempted to contact ********************************* to let them know type of food that customers are given made to order and high amount of money and it is ***** overcooked. I was UNABLE to reach corporate office because it goes quickly to voicemail and you never get a followup call. Manager name was ***** who I spoke to who felt he could speak to customers in any tone and say he is not going to anything so as of now the best resolution is refund back on card for meals and appetizer which were too dried out and him telling me he wasnt going to do anything even a replacement becauase i complained before and now.
