            Worse small business I have ever dealt with. They cancelled my whole order of 8 items without even an email. Just cancelled and refunded because of their original mistake of over selling an item! They have been nothing but rude and disrespectful to a long term customer.

            Respectfully, ****** is not a long time customer, her first order with us was 3 months ago. The issue which has triggered this customer revolves around us emailing her about an item which oversold on our site. The customer replied to the email, asking that we cancel and refund the item, which we promptly did. After the item was refunded, the customer emailed us demanding a free hoodie be shipped to them. We obviously do not send out free items, which we explained to them. They continued to harass our customer service team, and leave reviews all over the Internet about how we are the "worse". We kindly told this person to please shop elsewhere, because as a small business we are not interested in being harassed. They have continued to place orders under their name, their husbands name, and their mother's name. We will continue to cancel any order placed by this customer, as we have asked them to please stop ordering and emailing.
