            I have been a customer of ********************** since 2016. My ** Air purifier lamp went out two weeks ago. I called DAVCO and made an appointment to replace the ** lamp. Four days later the technician showed up. Took a picture of the unit and mentioned it was for their records. He didnt have a replacement ** lamp with him. DAVCO didnt have records of the ** Air purifier they installed. The technician had to leave to get the ** lamp for the unit. Before he left I was told the ** lamp cost $250. That was a shocking surprise to me. I said OK get the lamp. Half hour later he was back with a ** lamp. After he installed the ** lamp, it still wasnt working. He said The whole unit has to be replace at a cost of $435 plus $85 for the visit and that I was being done a solid by not paying for the ** lamp he replaced at the beginning. Right away I told him to forget it. I was charged $250 for the ** lamp plus $85 for the visit. After the technician left I bought a ** Air purifier unit for $69.95 and the cost of the lamp by itself is $39.65. Because of such customer service, I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN
