I put one star because cant put less This company is fraud. They will take your money ( restock fee?) and nothing you can do. Be careful and stay away.The worst customer service.Even after I corrected billing address,they canceled order and kept the money. Thieves

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Yes, when you are attempting to purchase from overseas, you will find we can only ship and accept orders from ***************** and ******. We cannot accept foreign credit cards. We are unable to update your credit card address when a foreign card is used. We hope we can serve you better in the future!Review from Pe F

Disappointed! I was buying 3 12-in window casements and 14 10-in casements and was told by two people via text they could discount it. One time was in October and my contractor retired so I couldn't order until June when I got a new person to do the work.On June 12 they texted there was a price drop and to order online with a 5% discount. I texted them on June 16 I was ready to order and the prices were the same high price online, no price drop. They got back to me on June 19 and said they would not discount and the price went up. I can buy some somewhere else. I don't like how they changed the offer of a discount to help with my large order. Bad Business to offer and then renege. I definitely have more choices elsewhere!!!Review from L. P.

I have never felt the need to leave a review for purchases...until now! Honestly, I don't know how this company is still in business, unless of course you count all the hidden restocking fees you'll pay if something you ordered doesn't work out. When I requested a return authorization form I discovered that I was going to be charged a 22% restocking fee, in actuality I was charged a 45% restocking fee! You will never see these terms while you are placing your order as they are listed under under Terms and Conditions, which quite frankly I never read when placing an order with a company...until now! I feel that they are not upfront with their policies and once you place your order your are out of luck! My purchase was $152.00...I received a refund of $68.47...so when all is said and done they made $83.53 off my purchase that was returned in full...what a way to conduct your business!!BUYER BEWARE!!Look In The Attic & Company Response

We are so sorry to hear about your experience. We do charge a restocking fee because the manufacturers charge us restocking fees to us - and we cannot waive them. We agree that it is unfortunate that manufacturers raise their prices - and they require us to sell items at their agreed price. We cannot sell it for less than the agreed price, sorry. When a sale ends, it is ended by manufacturer. As a small business, we cannot put it back on sale until the manufacturer does so and allows us. We hope to serve you better in the future!Customer Response

You will not serve me better in the future as I would never do business with a company as yours. Your policies are hidden, if you were an upstanding company you would have your restocking fee policy on the page where the order is placed. And this also has nothing to do with your manufacturers raising prices but, all about your shady business practices. And may I ask why you have hand picked the reviews you post on your website...and why I was asked to leave a glowing review for a discount on my future order?Review from Sharon A

I purchased 3 sets Georgian Roped Oval Deadbolt Entryway Set in Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish. Less than 8 months later the finish has discolored and the screws have rusted.I live in *********** and our climate has been very dry.I then emailed the company asking about the wear and the rust.I received an email from their associate *****, who replied "I recommend you check your local hardware store for solid brass screws as replacements. Based on the pictures you sent, it looks like your entryway set may be exposed to the elements which may be why the screws had issues. Typically, entryways are recessed or have storm doors offering some level of protection. Without any protection, you may see the hardware age quicker."Huh??They advertise the entryset as "outdoor", but when you install them outdoor I suppose you're on your own??I feel ripped off.
