I bought a new car and traded my old one in. We got the 10 day payoff from the bank and the dealer cut a check for that amount. My credit report reflected 100 percent paid off. Then I noticed that my credit repot was showing a $50 balance. Not sure where the balance came from and neither did the bank. The bank took care of the $50, but then report that I made a late payment because of their $50 mistake. The sent me a letter showing paid in full. This bank needs to be held responsible and fix my credit report which showed that all of my accounts had a 100 percent on time pay. Now it shows 99 percent. They should also be held legally for making false reports.Initial Complaint

The creditor (Public Service Credit Union) participated in my Chapter 13 filing and filed two claims based on funds owed to them at the time of filing. Both claims were paid in full and the Chapter 13 plan was completed and discharged. However, post completion of the plan PSCU began to and amount for fees that were silently charged as they accepted trustee payments for their claims. Instead of paying the claims constant fees were charged which negated the payments. They are currently reports one of the accounts for which they were paid via the Bankruptcy filing as a Current Charge-Off causing immediate harm to my credit history. When I dispute the account with the Credit ****************** it is corrected as included with bankruptcy only to be reported in error again within a couple of months. This has be ongoing for the last year with no resolution. They error has been reported to the credit union on multiple occasions with promises of a call back that has not occurred. Furthermore, all of the accounts related to the Chapter 13 filing are due to be removed from my credit files at the end of this year. This account in error reported by the credit union is re-aging the account causing it to be reported past the standard reporting period. If you can offer any assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
