09/07/2021 Price was ********* dollars for landscaping.The Outdoor group was to plant 22 Yews along with a numb of number of perennials.Over the winter a number of plants did not survive.I have contacted ****************(owner) regarding the warranty on these plants. The warranty was to be covered for one year. Sept 7th of 2022.I have contacted **************** starting in May of this year to replace the plants that did not survive.He has failed to respond to my concerns about the plants. I don't believe that he has any intent to honor the the contract he signed nor to cover the warranty on the plants.Initial Complaint

Last Fall, I hired The Outdoor Group for $325 to clear leaves from my yard and take them away. They showed up in December to clear the leaves. In the front yard, they used leaf blowers to gather the leaves and then loaded them into a truck. In the backyard, they blew the leaves onto a tarp. They then used a large tractor to haul the tarp away. I have a 500 square foot garden of Pachysandra and the tractor ran back and forth through the garden several times. The tractor destroyed at least a third of the garden. A picture is attached. Pachysandra is a hardy plant but could not take the abuse from the tractor running over it and dragging the tarp. I waited until this spring to see if the plants would come back, but they have not. I have called The Outdoor Group several times over the last month. The calls have all been sent to voicemail, so I have left messages. Their answering message provided a number to send a text message, so I sent one including the picture that is attached here. I am very frustrated that they will not even return my calls. I think they should repair the damage that was done.Business response
